Purchasing parameters
General:
- Realisable gross floor area > 15.000 m²
- Undeveloped or developed land
- If possible, urban areas with existing infrastructure (local utility supply, education, public transport, etc.)
Buildability:
- Apartment buildings and district/neighbourhood developments
- Office / commercial
Legal basis:
- Building law, B-Plan or preliminary building permit according to Sec. 34 Federal Building Code (BauGB)
- Building land / land banking
- Joint venture possible
- Asset or share deal
Macro location:
- Cities and economically strong regions throughout Germany (especially the metropolitan regions of Berlin/Brandenburg, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt and Leipzig)
Micro location:
- Core / core plus locations
- Urban districts with development potential
