Project
The Theodor-Fontane-Höfe represent a perfect example of innovative product development by DIE AG in the area of residential construction. Three courtyards, each with four apartment buildings and a total of 334 flats, each with a balcony or a secluded private terrace are being built on a plot with a total area of more than 23,000 m². The residential buildings are designed to be four-story and have a flat green roof.
The curtain walls with highly insulated wooden panel constructions vary from courtyard to courtyard in terms of materials and colours, which leads to a pleasant liveliness and also increases the feeling of identification with the living environment. The three garden courtyards, interconnected green areas, have their own design theme each. An underground car park has 140 parking spaces, with 194 outdoor parking spaces also being planned.
